| 摘 要： | 观察大剂量基因重组人红细胞生成素(rh-Ep)体外对10例正常人，17例骨髓增生异常综合征难治性贫血(MDS-RA)，19例再生障碍性贫血(AA)患者红系祖细胞(CFU-E)的作用。结果MDS-RA和AA患者的CFU-E明显低于正常人(P均＜0．01)，随rh-Ep剂量加大，各组红系祖细胞(CFU-E)均有不同程度增高，至100u/ml达最高值，并接近或超过正常值。结果表明，大剂量rh-Ep可促进部分MDS-RA趾和AA患者CFU-E增殖。
