| 摘 要： | 目的 观察加减三骨汤联合唑来膦酸治疗恶性肿瘤骨转移的疗效.方法 61例恶性肿瘤骨转移患者随机分为治疗组(n=31)和对照组(n=30),治疗组予加减三骨汤联合唑来膦酸治疗,对照组予唑来膦酸治疗.结果 疼痛总缓解率,治疗组为93.2%,对照组为70%;以活动能力改善评价,治疗组总有效率为90.3%,对照组为70%.两组相比差异显著(P＜0.05).结论 加减三骨汤联合唑来膦酸治疗恶性肿瘤骨转移有协同疗效.

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the effect of add-subtract three-bone soup and zoledronic acid in the treatment of malignancy bone metastasis. Methods 61 patients with malignancy bone metastasis were randomly divided into 2 groups, the treatment group(n=31)and the control group(n=30). The treatment group was administrated with add-subtract three-bone soup and zoledronic acid. The control group was administrated with zoledronic acid alone. Result The pain relief rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group(93.2/ vs 70/, P<0.05) and the effective rate of mobility improvement in the treatment group was also significantly higher(90.3/ vs 70/, P<0.05). Conclusion Add-subtract three-bone soup and zoledronic acid has synergistic effectiveness in the treatment of malignancy bone metastasis. |
