吻合血管的自体腓骨移植治疗肱骨上端及桡骨远端骨巨细胞瘤

我院自 1 982～ 1 994年共行吻合血管的腓骨移植治疗肱骨上端骨巨细胞瘤 1 1例 ,桡骨远端骨巨细胞瘤 1 0例 ,共 2 1例。 1 9例 1次性治愈 ,其中有 2例血管不通而成为游离腓骨移植。 2例局部复发 2次行肿瘤切除治愈。这种手术方法既充分切除了肿瘤 ,又保留了患肢 ,同时又减少了局部复发 ,实为目前治疗肱骨上端及桡骨远端骨巨细胞瘤的理想方法。

The Treatment of Giant Cell Tumor of Proximal Humerus and Distal Radium with Fibula Autograft with Anastomotic Blood Vessel

There were 21 cases of bone giant cell tumor with 11 cases at provimal humerus and 10 at distal radius who had underwent fibula autograft with anastomotic blood vessel from 1982 to 1994.19 cases were cured in one time,2 cases among 19 turned free fibula transplantation due to the occlusion of blood vessel.2 cases and to do the second resection due to the topical relapse.Not only was the tumor tissue cut with these methods,but also the affected extremity was maintained and the relapse rate was reduced in local.It may be the most ideal treatment of giant cell tumor of proximal humerus and distal radius with fibula.
