松龄血脉康联合缬沙坦治疗原发性高血压的疗效观察

目的观察松龄血脉康联合缬沙坦治疗原发性高血压病患者的临床疗效。方法 108例原发性高血压病患者随机分为治疗组（54例）和对照组（54例）。对照组患者给予缬沙坦80mg,每天一次;治疗组在此基础上给予松龄血脉康1.5g,每天两次。疗程8周。记录治疗前后患者血压、血脂、血液流变学指标、自觉症状、不良反应,并进行比较。结果与对照组进行比较,治疗组的血压控制较理想,有效率达87.04%,明显高于对照组75.00%（P〈0.05）;治疗组总胆固醇（TC）、三酰甘油（TG）、全血黏度、血浆黏度均显著下降（P〈0.05）,高密度脂蛋白（HDL-C）显著升高（P〈0.05）。结论松龄血脉康联合缬沙坦可有效控制血压、调节血脂和降低血液黏度,且能改善患者的临床症状,从而达到良好的治疗效果。

Effects of Songling Xuemaikang Capsule Combined with Valsartan on Essential Hypertension

Objective To explore the effect of Songling Xuemaikang capsules（SXC） combined with valsartan capsules on essential hypertension.Methods One hundred and eight patients（pts） with essential hypertension were randomly divided into two groups：Treatment group（n=54） administered with SXC plus valsartan capsules,and the control group（n=54） treated with valsartan capsules for 8 weeks.Blood pressure,blood lipids,related indexes of blood rheology,subjective symptoms and adverse reactions in two groups were observed.Results The curative effect of blood pressure in treatment group was obviously superior to that in control group and the total effective rate was 87.04% and 75.00%,respectively（P0.05）.The levels of total cholesterol,triglycerides,blood viscosity,plasma viscosity were significantly lower while the levels of high-density lipoprotein cholesterol significantly higher in the treatment group than that in the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion These results suggested that SXC combined with valsartan capsules had better efficacy for controlling blood pressure,regulating blood lipids,reducing blood viscosity and improving subjective symptoms compared with valsartan capsules for treatment of essential hypertension.
