新生儿缺氧及颅内出血致颅骨板障膨隆CT探讨

摘    要:目的探讨新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病及颅内出血致颅骨板障膨隆性改变的CT表现及临床意义。方法回顾性分析我院2002年1月—2009年1月间发现的新生儿颅骨板障膨隆样改变且资料完整的13例病例。结果颅骨均表现为额、顶、枕、颞板状骨板障囊状、腊肠状、条状膨隆样改变,内外板较薄而完整,部分边缘硬化,临床及CT最后诊断9例为新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE),2例HIE合并颅内出血,2例迟发性VitK缺乏致颅内出血。结论新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病和颅内出血可导致颅骨板障膨隆性改变。

Abstract:Objective To study the CT manifestations and clinical values of the cranium with neonatal ischemia-anoxia-eneephalopathy and intraeranial hemorrhage.Methods The data of findings on CT scan of 9 patients confirmed neonatal anoxia and intracranial hemorrhage were analyzed retrospectively.Results All cases had hypodensity resembled sac or sausage or strip on the larnella of frontal or parietal. Or occipital or temporal bone.External lamina and internal lamina were integrity , partial edge were sclerosised.There were 9 cases(9/13,69.2% )with neonate ischemia-anoxia-encephalopathy and 4cases(4/13,30.7% )with intracranial hemorrhage united neonate ischemia-anoxia-encephalopathy(2 case, 1/2,50% )and tardy vitamine K(2 case, 1/2,50% ).Conclusion Neonate ischcmia-anoxia-encephalopathy and intracranial hemorrhage maybe resulted in Craniolamella eminent.
