60例海洛因依赖者HIV感染的调查分析

目的··:调查静脉注射毒品者(IVDUS)与非静脉注射毒品者(NIVDUS)在HIV感染中的比例及其原因。方法··:60例自愿戒毒者分为A组 (IVDUs)36例和B组 (NIVDUs)24例 ,采用ELISA法检测抗 -HIV ,统计分析方法为 χ2检验。结果·· :A组抗 -HIV阳性率为44.4 % ,其中男15例 (15/32) ,占46.9 % ,女1例 (1/4) ,占25.0 % ,16例中有14例共用过注射器 ,占87.5 % ;B组抗 -HIV阳性率为12.5 % ,其中男1例 (1/17) ,占5.9 % ,女2例 (2/7) ,占28.6 % ,均有性乱行为。结论·· :静脉注射毒品者和非静脉注射毒品者 ,尤其是静脉注射毒品者是HIV感染的高危人群。吸毒者感染HIV主要有以下因素 :(1)共用注射器 ;(2)性乱行为 ;(3)免疫损伤

INVESTIGATION OF HIV INFECTION IN 60 HEROIN ADDICTS

Objective:To investigate the state and the causes of HIV infection in intravenous drug users (IVDUs) and non-intravenous drug users (NIVDUs).Method:Sixty abstinence patients were divided into two groups:Group A 36 IVDUs, Group B 24 NIVDUs. Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) method was used to detect plasma HIV antibody. χ2-test was applied. Result:HIV antibody positive rate in IVDUs and NIVDUs was 44.4 %and 12.5%, respectively.Male and female positive rate was 46.9%(15/32) and 25.0%(1/4)in IVDUs and 5.9 %(1/17)and 28.6%(2/7) in NIVDUs, respectively. 14 positive IVDUs(87.5%)shared injectors. All positive NIVDUs had improper sexual behavior. Conclusion: IVDUs and NIVDUs, especially IVDUs, are high risk groups of HIV infection. The causes of HIV infection are sharing injectors, improper sexual behavior and immunologic injury. KEY WORDS drug dependence; heroin dependence; HIV infectionsifted out from 100 fresh porcine eyes in order to have approximately equal thickness.The specimens were divided into five groups according to the edematous opaque corneas classification of Dickey.Corneal transmittance and absorbance of the specimens were measured in the wavelength range 400*!nm to 700*!nm with an optimeter. Results In transparent corneas,the maximum optical transmittance was found at 700*!nm,which was 93.5%,and the maximum absorbance was found at 400*!nm with 0.11.The transmittance decreased rapidly while the absorbance increased.The light with longer wavelength transmitted cornea easier than one with shorter wavelength in visible light. Conclusions In this paper the transmittance and the absorbance of visible light through the edematous opaque corneas with varying degrees at different wavelength were determined first time.There was a straight line relationship between the transmittance and the absorbance of visible light and opacity degrees of the edematous opaque corneas.
