摘    要:目的获得长丘山区钉螺的生态数据,为研究血吸虫病传播动力学提供科学数据。方法6~11月期间每月在四川省眉山市东坡区血吸虫病流行区的钉螺孳生地选择3条沟渠,应用Baileystriplecatch技术,捕获、标记和重捕钉螺,计算钉螺的数量、出生率和死亡率。结果钉螺数量在87~845只/m(沟渠)之间,6、7月份死亡率的结果在有效范围之外,7月捕获钉螺存在不随机的偏差。结论应用标记重捕技术可获得钉镙数量的数据,但是钉镙出生率和死亡率的数据有较大的偏差。建议延长捕获钉螺的间隔时间,比较不同间隔时间下的钉镙生态数据的准确性,并保证捕螺的随机性。

Abstract:Objective To study the ecology of snail in Changqiu Mountain so as to provide scientific information in schistosomiasis transmission dynamics.Method According to Bailey's triple catch method,three diches in endemic area of Dongpo District,Meishan City,Sichuan Province were selected during June to November.The snails were captured,marked and recaptured.The number of snail population,birth and mortality parameters were estimated.Result The snail number reached 87-845 snails per meter ditch,the birth parameter was 0.738 in May,0.065 in June and 0.213-0.330 in other months,and the mortality parameter was 0.923 in September but lower than 0 in June and July indicating there were sampling errors in the figure.Conclusion The number of snail was obtained by the mark-recapture method but there were some deviation in the birth and mortality parameters.In order to promote the precision,it is necessary to prolong the interval between the snail captures,to compare the data from the different intervals,and to assure the randomness.
