| 摘 要： | 目的比较色满卡林、福斯考林、硝酸甘油等三种血管舒张药对不同激动剂所致血管收缩的舒张作用特点。方法以离体兔主动脉条观察该三种血管舒张药对氯化钾、去甲肾上腺素量效曲线及预收缩血管的影响。结果色满卡林、福斯考林、硝酸甘油对去甲肾上腺素量效曲线的抑制强度明显高于三药对氯化钾量效曲线的抑制。而色满卡林对氯化钾预收缩血管的舒张作用远比福斯考林和硝酸甘油微弱。结论本工作为血管扩张药的研究提供了参考依据。

| Abstract: | Objective To compare the relaxant characteristics of cromakalim,forskoline and nitroglycerin on agonists-induced vasoconstriction.Methods The effects of three vasodilators on the potassium chloride,norepinephrine concentration-response curves and precontracted rabbit aorta were investigated.Results The inhibitory effects of three vasodilators on norepinephrine concentration-response curves were more powerful than that on potassium chloride concentration-response curves.However,cromakalim depressed the precontrated rabbit aorta by potassium chloride-induced far more weakly than forskoline and nitroglycerin.Conclusions The experiment provided reference data for the research of vasodilators. |
