| 摘 要： | 目的：研究复方萘甲唑林滴眼液(CNED)对兔眼非感染性炎症的抑制作用。方法：分别准确量取100g·L-1（重量与体积之比，下同）辣椒酊和100g·L-1斑蝥酊50μl，给兔滴眼造成非感染性炎症模型。于致炎前1.5h及致炎后0.5h～72h，用CNED治疗观察该药对炎症的抑制效果。结果：CNED对100g·L-1辣椒酊和10g·L-1斑蝥酊所致炎症有显著疗效。结论：CNED可用于外眼非感染性炎症的预防和治疗

| Abstract: | OBJECIVE: To observe the effects of compound naphazoline eye drops (CNED) on noninfective ocular inflammation in rabbits. METHODS: Ocular inflammation was induced by dripping 10% capsicum or 1% cantharis tincture 50 μl onto the rabbit eyes. CNED was administrated topically before and after instillation of the tincture. The levels of ocular inflammation were evaluated. RESULTS: CNED suppressed significantly the ocular inflammation, including conjunctival injection, chemosis, and discharge. CONCLUSION: CNED is effective in prevention and treatment of noninfective extraocular inflammation. |
