| 摘 要： | 本文回顾性研究了53例骨肿瘤及肿瘤样病变的声象图,并描述了各种骨肿瘤及肿瘤样病变的声象图表现。为探讨此种方法对各种肿瘤鉴别的可能性,将超声图象与X线、外科手术所见及病理标本进行了对比观察,其中骨巨细胞瘤、骨肉瘤、骨软骨瘤及孤立性骨囊肿的声象图,具有各自特点可互相区别,并认为骨肿瘤及肿瘤样病变超声诊断是可行的。

| Abstract: | Ultrasonograms of fifty-three patients with bone tumor and tumorlike diseases were studied retrospectively, with the aim of assessing the possibility of this method in differentiation of various tumors.For this purpose the ultrasonograms were compared with X ray records, and surgical or pathological specimens.The giant cell tumor, sarcoma, osteochondroma and solitary cyst of the hone have their characteristic appearances respectively.It is concluded that using ultrasonography for the diagno-s is of bone tumor and tumor-like diseases is usable. |
