| 摘 要： | 目的评价生存素(Survivin)和凋亡素(Caspase3)在大肠腺癌与腺瘤中的表达及二者的相关性。方法免疫组化法(SP法)检测生存素和凋亡素在50例大肠腺癌、腺瘤和癌旁正常组织中的表达。结果生存素在大肠腺瘤和腺癌中的表达率显著高于癌旁正常组织(P<0.05)。凋亡素的表达率在癌旁正常组织、腺瘤组织、大肠腺癌中依次下降。两种蛋白的表达呈负相关。结论生存素的过度表达是大肠上皮癌变的早期事件。生存素对凋亡素的表达有抑制作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the expression of survivin and caspase-3 in colorectal adenocarcinoma and adenoma, and discuss its correlation. Methods The expression of survivin and caspase-3 was detected immunohistochemically in 50 cases of primary colorectal adenocarcinoma, tumor-adjacent normal tissue, and colorectal adenoma. Results The positive rate of survivin was higher in adenocarcinoma tissues and adenomas than in normal tissues (P< 0.05). The expression of caspase-3 had significant differences among different histological grades and pathological stages. The expression of survivin in adenocarcinoma showed a negative correlation with that of caspase-3 (r= -0.18, P> 0.05). Conclusion Overexpression of survivin is one of the early events during colorectal carcinogenesis. Survivin obviously inhibited the expression of caspase-3. |
