76例糖尿病患者死因调查结果分析

目的调查分析我院糖尿病患者的死亡原因，为未来我区糖尿病防治工作提供客观查考技术数据依据。方法回顾性分析我院自1991年1月1日至2006年12月31日期间的糖尿病死亡病例。结果调查分析死亡病例76例，占住院总死亡人数1．2％；死亡原因主要以急性并发症为主（25．8％），慢性并发症中以心脑血管病死亡者居多（23．3％），合并肿瘤、肝硬化、感染死亡的分别为15．3％，7．9％和11．4％；因糖尿病肾病死亡者为2．3％；死亡病例中合并高血压者为86．7％。结论慢性并发症虽是目前糖尿病的主要死因，但在我区急性并发症是糖尿病患者的主要死亡原因，加强我区糖尿病健康宣传教育工作对未来降低我区糖尿病病死率有重要意义。

To study death causes about 76 cases of diabetic inpatients

Objective To study the death 76 cases of diabetic inpatients in the People＇ s Hospital of Tibet Autonomous Region. and provide evidence for diabetic prevention and control. Methods Analysis of the death causes was carried out in the deadcases of diabetic inpatients in the People＇ s Hospital of Tibet Autonomous Region from 1991 to 2006. Results Numbers of dead diabetic inpatients of the hospital were 76 cases, which accounted for 1.2% of the total dead inpatients; the main death causes of diabetic inpatients were diabetic acute complications, taking up to 25.8% of all the causes, more causes were heart and blood vessel of brain disease in chronic complications （23.3 % ） tumor（ 15.3 % ）, hepatic cirrhosis （ 7.9 % ）, infection （ 11.4% ）. and 2.3 % of diabetic renalfailurein vascular complications. 86.7 % cases with hypertension. Conclusion The chronic complications have been the main death cause of diabetes, but the acut complications were founded that it is most important death cause. Therefore, diabetic teaching is very important in decreasing the mortality of diabetic inpatients.
