摘    要:目的观察不同理化因素对人芽囊原虫体外生存和发育的影响。方法将人芽囊原虫感染者新鲜粪便定量分成若干份,分装于有盖小平皿中,设自然因素及常用消毒剂试验组,用直接涂片法镜检,以原虫数量和细胞活度为指标,观察自然因素(温度、湿度、紫外线、渗透压)和化学消毒剂(HCl、酒精、碘酒、新洁而灭)组人芽囊原虫的生长发育情况,记录实验结果并照像。结果低温、高温、干燥及消毒剂均可致人芽囊原虫数量减少,细胞活度降低,而紫外线照射和低渗对原虫数量和细胞活度无明显影响。结论低温、高温、干燥和常用消毒剂对体外人芽囊原虫有抑制或杀灭作用。

Abstract:Objective To explore the influence of the physical and chemical factors on Blastacystis hominis survive in vitro. Methods The fecal specimen with B. hominis were divided into many parts, which were put in the mini-culture plate and exposured the nature factors (temperature, humidity, ultraviolet radiation and osmotic pressur) and disinfector (hydrochloric acid, alcohol, tincture of iodine and neogeramine). The quantity and livingness of B. hominis were observed under microscopic by means of direct smear. The test were taken every day during a week. Results Under the conditions of cold or hot, dryness and disinfector, the number of B. hominis was decreased and the vigor was depressed. But the ultraviolet radiation or lower osmotic pressur factors showed less influence to the developing of B. hominis. Conclusion The cold or hot, dryness and commonly used disinfectant factors could inhibit even destroy the development of B. hominis in vitro.
