卡维地洛对心绞痛患者心率变异性的影响

目的评价卡维地洛对冠心病心绞痛型患者心率变异性（HRV）的影响。方法冠心病心绞痛型患者120例随机分为卡维地洛组（62例）和对照组（58例），用药前后2周分别记录24h动态心电图，评价患者心率变异性指标的变化。结果两组治疗后心率变异性各参数较治疗前均显著改善（P〈0．01），治疗后卡维地洛组较对照组改善更为显著（P〈0．01）。结论卡维地洛可以显著提高冠心病心绞痛型患者的心率变异性。

The Effect of Carvedilol on Heart Rate Variability in Patients with Angina Pectoris

Objective To evaluate the effect of carvedilol on heart rate variability （HRV） in angina patients. Method 120 patients with angina pectoris were randomly divided into two groups. 58 patients were in the control group with routine therapy; 62 patients were in the carvedilol group with routine and carvedilol therapy. Every patient received Holter examination before and 2 weeks after the drug administration, and the HRV parameters were analyzed. Result HRV parameters changes improved significantly after treatment （P〈0.01）. Carvedilol group had much more progress than control group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Carvedilol can effectively improve HRV in patients with angina pectoris.
