清远市2006—2007年法定传染病报告信息质量分析

目的分析清远市法定传染病报告信息质量情况，为进一步完善传染病管理措施提供科学信息。方法参照《全国疾病预防控制机构工作规范（2001版）》和《全国法定传染病漏报调查方案》，每年通过自查和抽查相结合的方法对清远市法定传染病漏报及及时报告情况进行调查和分析。结果2006—2007年共查出医疗机构报告法定传染病种5622例，漏报1 114例，平均漏报率为19．82％。其中，不同年份、不同地区之间漏报率差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．001）；乙、丙类传染病的漏报率分别为15．51％、31．93％，丙类传染病漏报率明显高于乙类（P〈0．001）；医疗机构级别越高漏报率越低；2007年报告和审核及时率均高于2006年。结论清远市传染病漏报率仍然较高，建立健全传染病疫情报告相关管理制度并贯彻落实，加强传染病防治知识培训，提高医务人员传染病报告意识，加大监督力度，是提高清远市传染病疫情报告质量的重要措施。

Qualitative Analysis on the Reported Information of Infectious Diseases in Qingyuan from 2006 to 2007

Objective To analyze the quality of the reported information of infectious diseases in Qingyuan obtained between 2006 and 2007, and to improve the management of infectious diseases. Methods Analysis was performed according to the ＂Working Standard for Disease Control and Prevention for Institutions in China （2001 version）＂ and ＂National Scheme for Survey of Missed Reporting on Infectious Diseases＂. Through the self-examination and random sampling methods, the missed and timely reporting rates of infectious diseases were analyzed. Results Between 2006 and 2007, a total of 5 622 cases of infectious diseases were surveyed. 1 114 cases were the missed reporting cases, and the average missed reporting rate for these two years was 19.82%. Significant differences （P〈 0.001 ） in the missed reporting cases were noted at different times and in different areas. The missed reporting rate of the category B and C infectious diseases was 15.51% and 31.93%, respectively. The missed reporting rate of category C infectious diseases was higher than the category B （P〈0.001）. Higher ranking medical institutions had a lower missed reporting rate. The reporting rate and the audit rate in 2007 were higher than 2006. Conclusion The missed reporting rate of infectious diseases in Qingyuan＇s medical institutes was still high. Establishing and perfecting the Management System of infectious diseases, strengthening the training activities in medical institutions on the prevention infectious diseases, raising the awareness of the medical personnel on infectious diseases reporting, and strengthening the supervision are the important measures to improve report quality.
