| 摘 要： | 目的探讨甲状腺功能亢进症患者血清IL-17的水平及其FT3、FT4的相关性。方法采用酶联免疫吸附试验测定30例健康对照者和30例甲亢患者血清中IL-17的水平，化学发光法检测FF3、FT4，并分析IL-17与FT3、FT4的相关性。结果甲亢组血清中的IL-17（1089．5±101．9）pg／L与正常对照gg（725．4±94．6）pg／L比较明显升高（P〈0．05）；同时相关性分析表明甲亢患者血清中IL-17的表达水平与FIB、FT4的浓度呈明显的正相关[r（FT3）=0．68，r（FT4）=0．56，P〈0．05]。结论甲亢患者血清中IL—17的高表达可能与FT3、FT4激素分泌有关。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the relationship between the levels of serum IL-17 and FT3/FT4 in hyperthyroidism patients. Methods Sera from 30 normal subjects and 30 hyperthyroidism patients were analyzed. Levels of serum IL-17 were determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays. FT3 and FT4 were determined by chemolumineseence. Results The level of serum IL-17 in hyperthyroidism patients （1089.5±101.9）pg/L was higher than the control subjects （725.4±94.6）pg/L. There was a positive correlation between the expression level of IL-17 and NF3,FT4 （FT3,r=0.68;FT4,r=0.56,P〈0.05）. Conclusion The level of serum IL-17 in hyperthyroidism patients is correlated with the increasing level of thyroid homones. |
