力克肺疾与莫西沙星联合治疗耐多药肺结核近期疗效

目的评价力克肺疾与莫西沙星联合方案对耐多药肺结核（MDR—TB）的疗效。方法100例MDR—TB患者随机分为两组，每组50例。治疗组用莫西沙星0．4g／d，力克肺疾1．0g／d。对照组用左氧氟沙星0．4g／d，丁胺卡那霉素0．6g／d，疗程12个月，同时辅以其他抗结核药。结果第3个月末．治疗组痰菌转阴率为74％，明显优于对照组的43％，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。疗程结束时，治疗组痰菌转阴率为96％，明显优于对照组的70％，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论以力克肺疾与莫西沙星联合其他抗结核药物组成的化疗方案对MDR．TB疗效肯定，痰菌转阴速度快，值得继续临床探索。

Curative Effect of Dipasic Combined with Moxifloxacin on Multi-drug Resistant Tubuculosis

Objective To evaluate the curative effect of dispasic combined with moxifloxacin on muhi-drug resistant tubuculosis. Method 100 patients are equally divided into two groups： Patients of therapeutic group treated with moxifloxacin 0.4/d and another corresponding group treated with Levofloxacin 0.4 g/d, period of patient treatment combined with other assitant pneumonia drug for 12 months. Result By the end of 3rd month, negative ratio of therapeutic group reached 74%, superior to another group which reached 43%, with a significant difference in the curative rate （P〈0.05）. By the end of treatment period, the sputum negative ratio of therapeutic group reached 96%, which was superior to another group, reached 70% （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Chemotherapy with a combination of dispasic, moxifloxacin and other anti-pneumonia drug shows significant curative effect, which achives remarkable sputum negative ratio. This combined treatment deserves much more clinic research.
