莫沙必利联合帕罗西汀治疗功能性消化不良的疗效

目的观察莫沙必利联合帕罗西汀治疗功能性消化不良的临床疗效。方法将112例功能性消化不良患者随机分为治疗组和对照组（各56例）。两组均给予莫沙必利5mg，每日3次13服；治疗组在此基础上加用帕罗西汀20mg／d，晨服，疗程均为4周。结果治疗组的显效率（67．9％）和总有效率（89．3％）均优于对照组（分别为41．1％和69．6％，P〈0．01和P〈0．05）。治疗组治疗后的HAMA和HAMD评分均显著低于对照组（P均〈0．01）。治疗组在治疗后3月的复发率（12．5％）也明显低于对照组（30．4％，P〈0．05）。结论莫沙必利联合帕罗西汀治疗功能性消化不良疗效好．不良反应少。

Efficacy of Combination of Paroxetine and Mosapride on the Treatment of Functional Dyspepsia

Objective To observe the efficacy of mosapride combined with paroxetine on treating functional dyspepsia （FD）. Method 112 cases with FD were divided randomly into treatment group and control group. Both groups received oral treatment of mosapride 5mg tid, but the treatment group also took paroxetine 20mg/d for 4 weeks. Result The improving rate and the total effectiveness rate of treatment group were significantly higher than those of control group（69.6% vs 41.1%, 89.3%% vs 69.6%, respectively, P〈0.01 and P〈0.05）. After treatment, the scores of Hamihon Anxiety Scale（HAMA） and Hamilton Rating Scale for Despression（HAMD） in treatment group was significantly lower than those of control group （both P〈0.01 ）. The recurrence rate of treatment group in three months after treatment was lower than that of control group （12.5% vs 30.4% ,P〈0.05）. Conclusion Mosapride combined with paroxetine for FD is effective, and it has less side effects.
