丹红注射液治疗急性脑梗死380例临床观察

目的观察丹红注射液治疗急性脑梗死临床疗效。方法将急性脑梗死患者720例随机分为治疗组和对照组。对照组340例给予丹参注射液加常规治疗；治疗组380例给予丹红注射液加常规治疗，比较两组疗效。结果治疗组的总有效率为91．8％，对照组的总有效率为71.4％，两组总效率比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）；治疗组治疗后神经功能缺损程度评分、血液流变学及血凝指标水平与对照组比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论丹红注射液治疗急性脑梗死临床效果显著，能够显著改善患者的神经功能。

Clinical observation of Danhong injection in treatment of 380 patients with acute cerebral infarction

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Danhong injection in treatment of acute cerebral infarction. Methods A total of 720 patients with acute cerebral infarction were divided into two groups ：treatment group（n=380） and control group （n=340）. The control group were treated with conventional therapy and Danshen injection,while the treatment group were treated with Danhong injection and conventional therapy.The efficacy of the two groups was compared. Results The total effec- tive rate in treatment group and control group was 91.8% and 71.4% respectively, the difference of total effective rate between the two groups had statistical significance （P〈0.01）. After treatment, the scores of neurologic impairment, changes of hemorheology and blood coagulation indexes between the two groups had statistically significant difference（P〈0.01 ）. Conclusion Danhong injection in treatment of acute cerebral infarction has significant clinical effect, and it can improve the neurological function of patients obviously.
