2型糖尿病患者健康教育指导效果的观察及护理

目的观察对2型糖尿病患者进行健康教育后在认知方面、血糖控制方面的效果。方法选取住院的2型糖尿病患者100例，对其采取计划性教育、随机性教育、书面式教育、问答式教育、示范式教育，出院后跟踪指导。结果健康教育后患者对健康知识的知晓率明显提高，各代谢指标下降显著（P〈0．01）。结论健康教育有助于增强患者的自我管理能力．提高其生活质量。

Observation and nursing of the effect of health education guidance in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus

Objective To observe the effect of the patients＇ cognition and glycemic control after educating the people with type 2 diabetes mellitus（T2DM） about the health. Methods A total of 100 patients with T2DM in the hospital were selected, planned education, random education ,written education, question and answer education and demonstrating education were ap- plied. Follow-up guidance was conducted after discharging from hospital. Results After the health education,the patients＇ awareness increased significantly, and the metabolic indexes decreased apparently （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Health education is beneficial to improve the ability of self-management and increase the quality of life.
