注射用奥美拉唑钠与果糖注射液配伍禁忌研究

目的研究注射用奥关拉唑钠与果糖注射液配伍后溶液稳定性，判定两者之间是否存在配伍禁忌。方法将注射用奥美拉唑钠分别与0．9％氯化钠注射液、果糖注射液配伍，常温下观察不同时间点溶液的颜色、澄清度及pH值。结果注射用奥美拉唑钠与0．9％氯化钠注射液配伍后能保持澄明无色，与果糖注射液配伍后出现颜色及澄清度改变。结论注射用奥关拉唑钠与果糖注射液存在配伍禁忌，不能配伍使用。

Research of incompatibility between omeprazole sodium for injection and fructose injection

Objective To investigate the stability of omeprazole sodium injection mixed with fructose injection and to determine whether incompatibility was existed between the two solvents. Methods Omeprazole sodium injection was added into 0.9% sodium chloride injection and fructose injection respectively ,to observe the color, appearance of the mixture and pH value at different time at room temperature. Results The admixture showed clear and achromatic color after omeprazole sodium injec- tion adding into the 0.9% sodium chloride injection, and the color and appearance of admixture changed after omeprazole sodium injection adding into fructose injection. Conclusion Omeprazole sodium injection is incompatible with fructose injection ,so they can not be used together.
