摘    要:目的探讨单纯性近视双眼相关检查的相似性。方法随机抽取2004年12月至2013年2月接受准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术(LASIK)的单纯性近视患者120例(240眼),年龄17~35岁,屈光度-1.5-11.5D(等效球镜)。收集每例患者的双眼角膜中央厚度(CCT)、角膜曲率以及眼轴等数据。将所得数据按眼别进行分组。比较两组指标间的差异,探讨两组间的相关性。结果单纯性近视患者的左、右眼之间在屈光度、平均角膜曲率、中央角膜厚度、眼轴等多项检查指标比较,差异均无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。双眼上述指标在双眼间则存在中、高度相关性(P〈0.01)。结论单纯性近视患者双眼形态具有高度相似性。

Abstract:Objective To explore the similarity of related iuspections of simple myopia eyes. Methods 120 cases (240 eyes) of simple myopia were randomly selected , who underwent laser in situ keratomileusis (LASIK) in the hospital from Decem- ber 2004 to February 2013, with the age froml7 to 35 years old and the diopter from -1.5 to -11.5D(spherical equivalent). Cen- tral corneal thickness (CCT), corneal curvature, axis oculi and other data of each patient were collected. The resulting data were grouped according to laterality. SPSS17.0 statistical software was used to compare the difference between the two sets of indicators and Pearson correlation analysis was used to investigate the correlation between the two groups. Results To the patients with simple myopia, the comparison of the diopter, average corneal curvature, central corneal thickness, axis oculi and so on between the left and right eye was not statistical significant (P〉0.05),while the above indexes between the right and left eye had middle and high correlation (P〈0.01). Conclusion Simple myopic eyes exist highly similarity in morphology.
