高温高湿环境下颅脑火器伤对犬肾脏组织的损害作用

摘    要:目的研究高温高湿环境下,颅脑火器伤对犬肾脏组织的影响。方法选取杂种犬11只,随机分为高温高湿对照组5只和高温高湿颅脑枪伤组6只,枪伤组使用手枪弹致颅脑火器伤模型。检测体温、呼吸、心率改变,血浆电解质和血气分析及肾脏组织病理学检查。结果高温高湿环境下体温增高,心率、呼吸频率增快,出现低氧血症、低碳酸血症和低钾血症;伤后肾脏组织可见凝固性坏死灶,肾小管上皮细胞内囊泡形成,胞浆内见红染颗粒样变性,肾小管损伤表现。结论高温高湿环境颅脑火器伤对肾脏有病理性损害。

Abstract:Objective To analyze the renal damage in dogs with craniocerebral firearm injuries in a hot and humid environment. Mothods 11 cross-bred dogs were divided into two groups which were a craniocerebral firearm injuries group in a hot and humid environment (6 dogs) and a control group in a hot and humid environment (5 dogs). The tympanic membrane temperature, respiratory rate, heart rate, blood gas analysis and plasmatic electrolyte levels were measured. The pathological changes in kidneys were observed. Results There was an increase in tympanic membrane temperature, respiratory and heart rate; hypoxemia, hypocapnia and hypokalemia occurred in a hot and humid environment. The pathological changes in the kidneys after craniocerebral firearm injuries included coagulation necrosis, the formation of vacuole in renal tubular epithelial cells, granular degeneration in cytoplasm. Conclusion In a hot and humid environment, craniocerebral firearm injuries may cause pathologic damage of dog's kidney.
