冠心病患者血清OPG、sRANKL、hs-CRP表达及其意义

目的：探讨OPG、sRANKL、hs-CRP等炎性反应相关细胞因子,在冠心病患者血清表达水平的差异及其临床意义。方法：选择50例冠心病患者,按疾病严重程度分为急性冠脉综合征（acute coronary syndrome groups,ACS）组及稳定性心绞痛（stable angina pectoris,SAP）组,25名健康者作为对照组（control,CO）组,采用酶联免疫吸附法检测3组患者的血清OPG、sRANKL、hs-CRP及LDL-C表达水平,比较3组患者血清OPG、sRANKL、hs-CRP及LDL-C表达的差异。结果：ACS组患者中血清OPG及hs-CRP水平明显高于SAP组及CO组,ACS组患者血清sRANKL水平低于SAP组及CO组。SAP组患者血清OPG及hs-CRP水平高于CO组,血清sRANKL水平低于CO组。结论：OPG、sRANKL、hs-CRP在冠心病患者血清表达水平异常,能够预测冠心病患者疾病严重程度及疾病稳定性。

Coronary heart disease patients OPG, sRANKL, hs-CRP expression and significance

Objective：To investigate the expressive difference and clincal significance of OPG,sRANKL and hs-CRP that was correlative cell factor with inflammation on patients with coronary artery disease（CAD）.Methods：50 cases of patients with CAD were divided into acute coronary syndrome groups（ACS） and stable angina pectoris groups（SAP）according patho genetic condition,25 health human were divided into control groups,the level of OPG,sRANKL and hs-CRP in serum were detected with enzyme linked immunosorbent assay way,and expressive difference were contrast.Results：The level of OPG and hs-CRP was higher and sRANKL was lower in ACS than in SAP and CO,the level OPG and hs-CRP was higher and sRANKL was lower in SAP than in CO.Conclusion：To detect the level of OPG,sRANKL and hs-CRP in serum on patients with coronary artery disease could pretest the pathogenetic condition.
