西酞普兰合并小剂量喹硫平治疗老年抑郁症的对照研究

目的探讨西酞普兰合并喹硫平治疗老年抑郁症的疗效及安全性。方法将92例符合CCMD-3诊断标准的老年抑郁症患者分为研究组（西酞普兰合并喹硫平组）和对照组（单用西酞普兰组）治疗12周,采用四级临床疗效及汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD）评定疗效,治疗时出现的症状量表（TESS）评定不良反应。结果两组8周末HAMD总分分别为（8.13±4.87）,（11.72±3.89）,两组12周末HAMD总分分别为（6.99±3.05）、（10.12±3.11）,两组间差异均具有显著性意义（P〈0.05）,两组间药物不良反应无显著性差异（P〉0.05）。结论西酞普兰合并喹硫平治疗老年抑郁症的疗效更好,且不良反应无明显增加。

A comparative study of citalopram mixed quetiapine in the treatment of geriatric depression.

Objective To explore the efficacy and side effects of citalopram mixed quetiapine in the treatment of geriatric depression.Methods 92 elderly depressive patients who met CCMD-3 criterion for depression episode,were randomly assigned to study group(n=46)with citalopram mixed quetiapine and control group(n=46) with citalopram for the treatment of 12 weeks.The clinical efficacy was evaluated by HAMD.The side effects were evaluated by TESS.Results In end of 8th week the total scores of HAMD were(8.13±4.87) of study group,(11.72±3.89) of control group and in end of 12th week the total scores of HAMD were(6.99±3.05) of study group,(10.12±3.11)of control group.There were significant differences between two groups(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in scores of TESS for side effects between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Citalopram mixed quetiapine is effective in the treatment of geriatric depression and doesn’ t increase side effects.
