| 摘 要： | 目的:对应用中医整骨手法对患有尺桡骨双折的患儿进行治疗的临床效果进行研究分析。方法:抽取82例患有尺桡骨双折的患儿病例,将其分为对照组和实验组,平均每组41例。对照组患儿采用传统手术复位方式进行治疗;实验组患儿采用中医整骨手法进行治疗。结果:实验组患者骨折治疗效果明显优于对照组;骨折临床愈合时间和住院时间明显短于对照组;出现并发症的人数明显少于对照组。结论:应用中医整骨手法对患有尺桡骨双折的患儿进行治疗的临床效果非常明显。

Application of reduction manipulations in the treatment of radius and ulna bone fracture |

| Abstract: | Objective： To analyze the clinical effect of reduction manipulations in the treatment of children, s radius and ulna bone fracture. Methods： Selected 82 cases of children with radius and ulna bone fracture, and divided into control group and experimental group,41 cases in each group. Children in the control group were treated by traditional operative reduction, while those in the experimental group were treated by reduction manipulations. Results： The therapeutic efficacy of the experimental group was much better than that of the control group. The clinical concrescence time of bone fxacture and length of stay of the experimental group was much shorter than that of the control group, and the patients with complications were much fewer. Conclusion： Reduction manipulations had an obvious effect in the treatment of children, s radius and ulna bone fracture. |
