上皮样肉瘤的临床与病理分析

目的:探讨上皮样肉瘤的临床,病理学特征及鉴别诊断要点.方法:收信9例上皮样肉瘤患者资料,观察和分析其临床和组织病理学特征,并通过免疫组化方法分析其细胞角蛋白(GK),上皮膜抗原(EMA),波形蛋白(Vim)、S-100蛋白、CD34及平滑肌肌动蛋白（SMA）的表达。结果：该肿瘤由上皮样细胞和梭形细胞构成，肿瘤细胞有一定异形性，可以表达GK、EMA、Vim、S-100蛋白、CD34及SMA。结论：上皮样肉瘤是恶性肿瘤，免疫组化有助于确定肿瘤是上皮细胞来源。在临床和组织病理上本病需与其他肿瘤和肉芽肿鉴别。

Clinical and pathological features of epithelioid sarcoma

Objective: To study the clinical and pathological features of epithelioid sarcoma (ES) and to outline its main points of differential diagnosis. Methods: Nine patients with ES were collected, and their clinical features were analyzed with pathological aspects observed by haematoxylin and eosin staining and immunohistochemical technique (LSAB method). Results: The tumor consisted of epithelioid cells and spindle cells. Cytological atypia and mitotic activity could be identified. Cytokeratin(CK), epithelial membrane antigen (EMA), vimentin(Vim), S-100, CD34 and smooth muscle actin(SMA)were found positive staining in the tumor cells. Conclusions: ES is a kind of malignant tumor. Epithelial derivation can be confirmed by immunohistochemical staining. Considering its clinical and pathological aspects, ES should be differentiated from other tumors and granuloma.
