洛赛克联合西沙比利治疗反流性食管炎疗效观察

目的：观察洛赛克联合西沙比利治疗反流性食管炎（reflux esophagitis,RE）的疗效。方法：50例反流性食管炎患者随机分为两组,观察组（29例）应用西沙比利加洛赛克联合治疗,对照组（21例）单独应用西沙比利治疗,于治疗后第4周进行胃镜检查,比较两组的临床症状控制有效率及胃镜下食管炎愈合率。结果：观察组与对照组症状控制有效率分别为96.6%和71.4%,胃镜下食管炎愈合率分别为82.8%和61.9%,观察组总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：洛赛克与西沙比利联合使用治疗反流性食管炎效果较好。

Effect of combination of omeptazole and cisapride on reflux esophagitis

Objective:To observe effect of combination of omeptazole and cisapride on reflux esophagitis.Methods:Randomly divided 50 cases with reflux esophagitis into two groups:control group(29 cases)with cisapride and trial group(21 cases)with combination of omeptazole and cisapride.After 4 weeks,examined patients by gastroscope,and compared efficacy of clinical symptoms control and healing rate of esophagitis under gastroscope.Results:Efficacy of clinical symptoms control in trial group and control group were 96.6% and 71.4% respectively,whlie healing rate of esophagitis under gastroscope were 82.8% and 61.9% respectively.Total efficacy of trial group was significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Combination of omeptazole and cisapride is more effective on the treatment of esophagitis.
