| 摘 要： | 用特异性放免法测定33例高血压患者血浆甘丙素(GAL)水平,结果显示高血压患者的血浆GAL水平(19.57±1.74pg/ml),明显高于对照组(9.36±0.94pg/ml,P<0.001),GAL与MAP呈正相关(P<0.05),GAL与内皮素(ET)呈正相关(P<0.01).自发性高血压大鼠(SHR)血浆GAL水平亦明显高于正常大鼠(P<0.01),GAL与MAP亦呈正相关(P<0.05),提示GAL是高血压的重要发病因素之一,体内多种多肽活性物质的增加,可能促进了高血压的发生与发展.

| Abstract: | The level of plasma galanin (GAL) was studied in 33 cases with hypertension and SHR (n= 6) with radioimmunoassy. The results showed that plasma GAL level in pa-tients with hypertension (19. 57 + 1. 75pg/ml) was higher than that in the control group (9. 36 + 0. 94pg/ml,P<0. 001). A positive correlation between plasma GAL and MAP (r = 0. 462,P<0. 05),GAL and endothelin (ET) (r=0. 790,P<0. 01) was found. It was found that plasma GAL level eleveled significantly in SHR (P<0. 01). A positive correlation between plasma GAL and MAP (r=0. 543, P<0. 05) was also found. These data suggested that increase of plasma GAL may play an important role in pathogenesis of hypertension. |
