p73在结肠癌中的表达及临床意义

目的 :研究p73在结肠癌中的表达 ,探讨p73在结肠癌中的表达与结肠癌发生、发展及预后的关系。方法 :选用 3 3例结肠癌组织标本及相应的癌旁正常组织标本 ,通过免疫组织化学检测p73在结肠癌组织及癌旁正常组织中的表达 ,分析p73在结肠癌中的表达与结肠癌临床病理参数之间的关系。 结果 :p73在结肠癌组织中的阳性表达率为 45.4% ,在癌旁正常组织中的阳性表达率为 10 .0 % ,两者之间存在显著差异 (P <0 .0 1)。对 p73在结肠癌中的阳性表达与结肠癌的Dukes分期及癌细胞的分化程度作相关性分析 ,结果显示 ,p73的阳性表达与Dukes分期有关 (P <0 .0 5) ,与癌细胞分化程度有关 (P <0 .0 5)。结论 :结肠癌组织中p73存在异常高表达 ,较癌旁正常组织明显增高 ,结肠癌组织中 p73的阳性表达与结肠癌Dukes分期及癌细胞分化程度有明显相关性。说明 p73的高表达参与结肠癌的形成、发展。同时说明p73有可能作为结肠癌发生、发展及预后的肿瘤标志物。

Expression and Clinical Significance of p73 in Colon Cancer

Objective: To study the expression of p73 in tum or tissues and to inve stigate its value in development and prognosis of colon cancer.Methods: The expr ession of p73 in 33 colon cancers and normal para-cancer colon tissues were exa m ined by immunohistochemical technique. The relation between the expression of p7 3 in colon cancer and the parameters of clinic pathology of colon cancer was ana lyzed. Results: The positive rate of p73 in the colon cancer g roup was 45.4% and that was 10.0% in the normal para-cancer group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant ( P <0.01). Re levance was analyzed between po sitive expression of p73 in the colon cancer and Dukes stages with differentiate d g rades of the colon cancer. The positive expression of p73 was observed signi ficant correlation with Dukes stages and differentiated grades of the cloln canc er ( P <0.05). Conclusion: There was overexpression of p73 in the colon cancer ti ssues. The expression of p73 in the colon cancer tissues was significantly high er than that in the normal para-cancer tissues. The positive expression of the p73 was observed significant correlation with Dukes stages and differentiated g rades of the colon cancer. The results suggest the overexpression of p73 was inv olved in the tumorigenesis and development of colon cancer. The results also sug gest p73 would be used as a new tumor marker in tumorigenesis and development of colon cancer, as well as it's prognosis.
