浅谈“大工程观”下制药工艺设计中需要与非工艺专业校核的设计要点

药厂车间设计是一个综合药学、药剂学、GMP和工程学相关理论及工程技术的应用性项目。因此,在工艺设计中必须与其他非工艺专业如：地质、土建、机械、仪表、电力、暖风、给排水、环境、管理等密切协作。探讨了＂大工程观＂下制药工艺设计中需要与上述非工艺专业校核的设计要点,希望这些要点可以减少工艺设计专业与其他专业的冲突,从而推动项目的顺利进行。

Key Design Points Done by Non-technological Specialties in Pharmaceutical technological Design with Concept of "Macro-view of Engineering"

Design of workshop in pharmaceutical plant is a project combined with pharmaceutical chemistry,pharmaceutics,GMP,engineering related theory and engineering technology. Thus,in pharmaceutical technological design,the cooperation with other specialties,such as geosciences,architecture,mechanical engineering,instrument,electricity,warm air,water supply and drainage,environment and management,is necessary. The key points done by these non-technological specialties in pharmaceutical technological design were discussed in this article with the concept of ＂macro-view of engineering＂. Hopefully,the pharmaceutical technological specialty and other non-technological specialties will be harmonized in design with the understanding of these points so that the projects may be constructed smoothly.
