降膜式蒸发器液体分布器制造及安装几点注意事项

液体分布器是降膜式蒸发器的关键部件,制造及安装出现问题就会影响蒸发器的蒸发效果,如：局部或全部降膜管不能形成膜;料液在降膜管中产生偏流;降膜管结焦严重;降膜管出现干壁;蒸发温度升高;蒸发量降低。因此,降膜式蒸发器中的液体分布器制造安装是关键。

Manufacture and Installation of Liquid Distributor in Film Evaporator

Liquid distributor is the important component in film evaporator. The evaporation effect will be decreased if there is any problem in its fabrication or installation,such as that the film cannot be formed in film pipe,fluid flows along the film pipe badly distributed,heavy coke is formed in the pipe,dry surface is occurred in the pipe,evaporating temperature increases and evaporating capacity reduces. Thus,the liquid distributor is the key in the manufacture and installation of film evaporator.
