| 摘 要： | 国际化医学人才必须具备全面的综合英语素质,包括公共英语基础、文化素养、医学英语知识和国际学术交流能力。在教学实践的基础上,在此提出建立国际化医学人才综合英语素质培养模式,从教育理念、培养目标、培养方案、评估方式等方面探讨了该模式建立和实施的可行性。

| Abstract: | The education of international medical personnel involves comprehensive English quality including the basic knowledge of public English,cultural accomplishment,knowledge of medical English and international academic communication ability.Based on the teaching practice,this thesis advocated the establishment of the education model of comprehensive English quality of international medical personnel,and discussed the feasibility of this model from the aspects of education philosophy,training target,training program and teaching evaluation. |
