摘    要:进度管理可称为项目的时间管理或工期管理。项目计划的管理就是要时刻对每项工作进度进行监督,然后,对那些出现偏差的工作采取必要措施,以保证项目按照原定计划进度执行,使预定目标按时和在预算范围内实现。只要对医药工程的进度管理采取足够的重视,运用合理的控制方法,工程的进度也可以得到良好的编排和控制,使工程早日保质、保量的按期完成,投入使用,产生效益,有利于后续各项工作的顺利开展。

Abstract:Progress management can be called as time management or time limit management.The execution of project plan management is to supervise the progress of every work in time.Then,some measures are needed to deal with the work in which deviation has appeared so as to guarantee the project can be completed in time and predetermined objective can be reached with budget.So long as the progress management for pharmaceutical engineering is paid attention and the proper control method is applied,the progress of engineering can be well controlled,so that the project can be completed in time with good quality and the profit can be produced.
