细菌性阴道病联合检测技术在妊娠期妇女阴道感染诊断中的应用

目的:探讨细菌性阴道病(BV)联合检测技术在妊娠期妇女阴道感染诊断中的应用价值。方法:选取2010年11月～2011年2月至成都市锦江区妇幼保健院门诊就诊的790例妊娠期妇女,其中早孕组360例、中孕组240例、晚孕组190例,采集阴道分泌物,测定pH值后分别进行生理盐水涂片,对假丝酵母菌、滴虫、清洁度的检测和过氧化氢浓度、唾液酸酶和白细胞酯酶三项联合测定,妇科门诊非阴道炎患者(年龄≤40岁)220例进行相同的检查作为非孕组对照。结果:应用BV三项联合技术测定和湿片镜检发现妊娠组与对照非孕组的优势菌异常率分别为44.05%和28.18%,BV感染率分别为20.76%和19.09%,外阴阴道假丝酵母菌(VVC)感染率分别为16.58%和13.18%,滴虫感染率分别为0.89%和2.73%,BV合并VVC感染率分别为9.49%和7.73%。结论:三项联合检测技术操作简单、快速、准确,从功能学分别反映阴道优势菌、致病菌的指标,可与白带常规镜检互补,建议可作为阴道分泌物常规检查和产前阴道分泌物筛查。

Application of combined detection technology of bacterial vaginosis in diagnosis of vaginal infection in pregnant women
