喜炎平在小儿呼吸道感染中的运用探讨

目的:探讨喜炎平注射液对小儿急性呼吸道感染的治疗效果。方法:将101例小儿急性呼吸道感染患儿分为两组,均给予抗感染、静脉补液等疗法。对照组40例,给予三唑氮核苷注射液治疗;治疗组61例,在使用三唑氮核苷注射液等的基础上加用喜炎平注射液。观察两组患儿流涕、喷嚏、咳嗽、喘息、发热等症状演变。结果:治疗组总有效率为87.6%,对照组总有效率为62.0%,两组总有效率差异有统计学意义(χ2=15.38,P<0.01)。治疗组体温降至正常,咳嗽、流涕、喷嚏、喘息、肺部罗音等症状及体征消失时间与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗组患儿的总有效率及呼吸道症状好转情况明显优于对照组。结论:在治疗小儿急性呼吸道感染时,使用喜炎平注射液的疗效非常确切,能够明显缩短病程,提高疗效,且在应用过程中未发现明显不良反应,值得推广。

Exploration on the usage of Xiyanping in infantile respiratory infection
