| 摘 要： | 目的:比较观察宫腔镜电切术(TCRC)与宫颈环形电切术(LEEP)治疗宫颈上皮内瘤样病变(C IN)的疗效。方法:82例C IN患者随机分为TCRC组与LEEP组两组,每组41例,比较观察两组的疗效及术中、术后情况。结果:TCRC组术中出血量明显少于LEEP组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。而LEEP组手术时间和术中不适发生率略少于TCRC组,但两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组出血量超月经量、创面感染率和宫颈狭窄发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。LEEP组与TCRC组在手术残留、治愈、持续存在及复发方面比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:TCRC与LEEP是治疗C IN的有效方法,但CRC在术中止血方面要明显优于LEEP法,无论应用哪种都要综合考虑适合的患者、现有设备的充分利用及医生应用此项技术的临床经验。
