热带无爪螨、屋尘螨联合免疫治疗儿童哮喘的安全性研究

目的:分析哮喘患儿热带无爪螨、屋尘螨联合特异性免疫治疗过程中的不良反应,了解其安全性。方法:46例临床诊断哮喘患儿均对热带无爪螨、屋尘螨过敏。观察组21例联合注射标准化热带无爪螨、屋尘螨变应原提取液进行特异性免疫治疗,对照组25例单独注射标准化屋尘螨提取液;观察每次注射后全身不良反应和局部不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组免疫注射热带无爪螨505次,屋尘螨726次,全身不良反应每注射发生率为3.9%(48/1 231),轻度全身不良反应为93.7%(45/48);重度发生3次,占6.3%(3/48),占总注射次数的0.2%(3/1 231);局部不良反应每注射发生率为31.0%(381/1 231),轻度局部不良反应占91.3%(348/381);全身不良反应中4例(80%)首次发生全身不良反应的剂量均为维持剂量。对照组完成848次屋尘螨注射,全身不良反应每注射发生率为3.3%(28/848);局部不良反应每注射发生率为29.7%(252/848)。观察组和对照组均无威胁生命的不良反应发生。结论:观察组和对照组局部不良反应、全身不良反应发生例次比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),绝大多数局部不良反应和全身不良反应为轻度,患儿对标准化热带无爪螨、屋尘螨提取液联合免疫治疗安全性良好。
