| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨子宫颈正常组织及病变组织中pRb2/p130的表达及其与子宫颈癌临床病理特征的关系。方法:应用免疫组化SP法检测60例患者子宫颈标本的pRb2/p130的表达,其中宫颈浸润癌10例,宫颈原位癌15例,宫颈上皮内瘤变(C IN)Ⅰ-Ⅱ期15例,正常宫颈组织20例。结果:pRb2/p130阳性表达率在正常宫颈组织、C IN、宫颈原位癌、宫颈浸润癌组织中依次递减,分别为85.0%、80.0%、26.6%、20.0%,且宫颈浸润癌和宫颈原位癌(C IS)中明显低于正常宫颈组织及C IN组织,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在子宫颈癌中pRb2/p130的表达下降或缺失是一个频发事件,其恶性程度愈高表达阳性率愈低,提示pRb2/p130与子宫颈癌的发生、发展密切相关,并在其发病机制中起着重要的作用。
