| 摘 要： | 目的:观察高危人工流产术后立即服用低剂量戊酸雌二醇预防宫腔粘连的效果。方法:普通人工流产120例(A组)和高危人工流产360例术后均服用相同抗生素、益母草浸膏1周。将高危人工流产受术者随机分成3组各120例:B组加服低剂量戊酸雌二醇,C组加服高剂量戊酸雌二醇,D组不加服。比较各组术后3个月宫颈、宫腔粘连情况。结果:D组宫腔粘连发生率明显高于A、B、C组(P<0.05),A、B、C组相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。高危人流B、C、D组的宫颈粘连发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:普通人流手术后不必要常规行人工周期,高危人工流产术后立即服用低剂量戊酸雌二醇,对预防宫腔粘连有显著效果,值得临床推广应用。
