| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨宫腔镜检查在不孕症宫内病变诊断中的应用价值。方法:回顾性分析419例不孕症患者宫腔镜检查结果。结果:419例不孕症患者的宫腔镜检查结果中,宫腔形态正常236例,宫内病变183例,183例宫内病变包括子宫内膜息肉71例,宫腔粘连67例,子宫畸形28例,黏膜下肌瘤13例,子宫内膜不典型增生3例,内膜癌1例。结论:宫腔镜检查诊断不孕症宫内病变直观、准确、有效,对疑有子宫腔内病变的不孕症患者,在经一般临床检查后,可直接行宫腔镜检查。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the application value of hysteroscopy in the diagnosis of intrauterine lesions in cases with infertility.
