| 摘 要： | 目的:检测巨噬细胞集落刺激因子受体(M-CSFR)在子宫内膜异位症(EMs)中的表达,探讨M-CSFR在EMs发病机制中的作用。方法:收集实验组(经腹腔镜手术且术后病理确诊为EMs)异位内膜标本30例、在位内膜标本15例;同时收集非内异症患者子宫内膜标本15例作为对照组,采用荧光实时定量PCR技术检测上述标本中M-CSFR mRNA含量,探讨M-CSFR在EMs发病机制中的作用。结果:EMs患者异位内膜、在位内膜标本M-CSFR水平分别为33.70±25.97、17.79±5.84,两者比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组子宫内膜标本M-CSFR水平为5.52±2.44,明显低于实验组异位内膜、在位内膜M-CSFR水平,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:M-CSFR可能参与EMs的发生、发展。
