| 摘 要： | 目的:观察酪氨酸激酶受体B(Tyrosine k inase B,TrkB)在宫颈癌和宫颈上皮内瘤变组织中的表达情况,探讨TrkB与宫颈癌发生发展的关系与临床意义。方法:采用免疫组织化学方法(S-P法)对不同分级30例宫颈癌、89例宫颈上皮内瘤变进行TrkB蛋白表达的检测,并与18例正常宫颈组织中TrkB表达进行比较。结果:TrkB蛋白在正常宫颈组织中大多数呈阴性表达,在宫颈上皮内瘤变和宫颈癌中呈阳性表达,阳性表达分布于细胞质和细胞膜,呈黄色或棕黄色颗粒,弥散性分布,阳性表达率分别为C INⅠ75.0%,C INⅡ83.9%,C INⅢ93.3%,宫颈癌100.0%,其表达强度随病变程度加重而增加,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:TrkB的高表达与宫颈癌的发生发展关系密切,检测TrkB有助于预测宫颈癌的发生发展,其蛋白阳性表达可作为宫颈癌及癌前病变诊断的生物学标志。
