江苏省溧阳市拟生育人群膳食调查结果分析

目的:了解拟生育人群的膳食营养状况,为提高生育前健康水平指导其保健工作提供科学依据。方法:采用食物频率法,对调查对象进行膳食情况全面调查,分析各种食物消费频率、消费量及供能比并对营养状况的评价数据进行分析统计。结果:204名调查对象粮谷类摄入明显不足,奶类超过推荐的摄入量,蛋类基本满足摄入的需要量;营养素碘缺乏占调查对象的82.2%,其次是叶酸缺乏占56.3%,其余缺乏严重的营养素有膳食纤维(39.1%)和钙(35.6%);同时存在部分营养素超标情况,如维生素A摄入过量者占调查对象的5%。调查对象的蛋白质、脂肪、碳水化合物供能分别占总能量的17.4%、27.9%、54.7%。结论:江苏省溧阳市拟生育人群的营养摄入尚不均衡,普遍存在营养素缺乏现象,应加强有针对性的营养指导,提高拟生育人群的健康营养水平。
