宁夏地区妇女产褥期卫生行为及影响因素

目的:探讨宁夏回族自治区妇女产褥期卫生行为及其影响因素。方法:采用分层整群抽样的方法,抽取银川市6个社区及海原县3个乡镇6个月以内儿童的母亲作为调查对象进行入户调查。结果:843例产妇中,回族333例,汉族500例,其他民族为10例;产褥期不吃水果的有50.2%,不吃蔬菜的有9.1%,产后第一餐吃稀饭的有85.3%;不晒太阳的有56.0%,不洗澡的有44.1%,不洗头的有37.8%,不做家务的有90.2%,不进行室外活动的有83.0%。非条件Logistic回归分析表明,丈夫文化程度高低、产妇是否汉族和是否听过保健知识健康教育对产褥期是否洗澡差异有统计学意义。结论:宁夏地区妇女产褥期卫生行为的误区较多,应针对宁夏地区回汉民族不同的生活习惯,开展多种多样有关产妇卫生保健知识的健康教育。

Health behavior of the women during puerperium and the effect factors in Ningxia area
