| 摘 要： | 目的:通过子宫输卵管造影(HSG)及宫-腹腔镜检查,观察输卵管通畅情况,分析两种方法在输卵管性不孕症诊断中的临床应用价值。方法:以2006～2009年在连云港市妇幼保健院治疗的163例不孕妇女先进行输卵管造影,再行宫-腹腔镜联合检查,以术中病理结果作为"金标准"。结果:HSG下输卵管通畅21例,通而不畅53例,完全不通畅89例,宫-腹腔镜联合检查术发现HSG示输卵管完全或部分梗阻的142例中,完全通畅者24例,通而不畅48例,完全阻塞70例。宫腔粘连8例,输卵管间质部阻塞37例。在输卵管性不孕症临床诊断中,宫-腹腔镜检查和子宫输卵管造影相比较,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:腹腔镜检查对输卵管性不孕症的诊断价值优于子宫输卵管造影,适合临床应用。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the patency situation of fallopian tube by hysterosalpingography(HSG) and hysteroscopy combined with laparoscopy,analyze the clinical application values of the two methods in diagnosis of tubal infertility.
