| 摘 要： | 目的:了解抗心磷脂抗体(ACA)阳性妇女的妊娠结局,为防治病理妊娠提供参考。方法:2010年7~12月进行优生健康检查的已婚未育育龄妇女428人,血清ACA采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)测定;2011年3月20~21日对ACA阳性妇女进行随访。结果:一般人群已婚未育育龄妇女ACA阳性率11.45%;ACA阳性妇女3~6个月后随访,ACA阳性已孕者正常妊娠至孕晚期及足月产者占97.44%,ACA阳性未孕者新增妊娠4例,无病理妊娠。结论:ACA阳性妇女并不必然发生病理妊娠;1次检测ACA阳性无临床症状孕妇妊娠结局良好,对妊娠妇女常规作ACA检测是不必要的。
