| 摘 要： | 目的:研究可溶性血管内皮生长因子受体(sF lt-1)在复发性流产(RSA)患者外周血及绒毛中表达水平,探讨sF lt-1与复发性流产的相关性。方法:采用酶联免疫吸附试验法(ELISA)测定30例复发性流产胚胎停育患者和30例正常早孕孕妇血清VEGF及sF lt-1水平,采用逆转录聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)方法测定各组孕妇绒毛组织VEGF mRNA及sF lt-1 mRNA表达水平。结果:复发性流产胚胎停育组与正常早孕对照组血清VEGF水平分别为(2637.50±2145.09)ng/L和(982.67±675.47)ng/L,血清sF lt-1水平分别为(13 796.67±11 917.08)ng/L和(3 540.67±2 989.80)ng/L,两者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);两组绒毛组织VEGF mRNA及sF lt-1 mRNA表达水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:VEGF及sF lt-1表达异常与复发性流产具有相关性,其表达水平升高可能与RSA的发生有关。 |
