早产儿视网膜病筛查及相关因素分析

目的:了解早产儿视网膜病(ROP)的发病率和相关危险因素,为预防提供相关依据。方法:对2004年7月~2006年6月在深圳市妇幼保健院NICU住院的胎龄<34周或体重<2 000 g的早产儿进行ROP筛查,同时对其全身情况进行记录,分析ROP发生的相关因素。结果:在符合ROP筛查标准并完成筛查的334例中,ROP患儿94例,占28.1%。94例ROP患儿中,达到阈值病变的需要进行眼底激光光凝治疗的26例,占筛查患儿的7.8%。ROP发生的相关因素分析显示,出生体重越低、出生孕周越小ROP发生率越高,需要接受治疗的ROP也越多。结论:该医院ROP总体发生率较高,出生体重低和胎龄小是ROP发生的重要危险因素。

Analysis on screening results of retinopathy of prematurity and its related factors

Objective:To explore the incidence of retinopathy of prematurity(ROP) and its related factors and to provide the basis for prevention..Methods:The preterm infants with birth weight ≤2 000 g or gestational age ≤34 weeks who were admitted to the neonatal intensive care units in a hospital in Shenzhen city from June in 2004 to July in 2006 were screened.Ophthalmologic examinations started 3~4 weeks after birth and ROP was classified.Maternal and perinatal risk factors of occurrence of ROP were analyzed.Results:94 infants(28.1%) with ROP were detected among 334 infants who had been screened,in whom 26 infants(7.8%) had type ⅠROP and underwent photocoagulation.The lower the birth weight and smaller the gestational age was,the higher the incidence of ROP was and the higher proportion of photocoagulation was.Conclusion:The incidence of ROP in this hospital is a little higher,birth weight and gestational age are important factors to affect ROP.
