| 摘 要： | 目的:研究产后抑郁症的发生率及其相关的心理社会因素。方法:选取2008～2009年在该院分娩的无产前抑郁症的120例初产妇,采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD-17)、爱丁堡产后抑郁量表(EPDS)、自编心理社会因素调查表对产妇产后的抑郁情况进行分析。结果:产后抑郁发生率为18.33%,而年龄、家庭经济状况、分娩方式、新生儿性别、居住条件、夫妻关系、婆媳关系、产后睡眠情况等的不同对产后抑郁症的影响有明显统计学差异(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:心理社会因素对产后抑郁的影响不容忽视。临床上,我们应减少相关危险因素的发生,对已经存在的危险因素及时进行干预,从而减少产后抑郁的发生。
